Menarini Raunaq Pharma Limited (Menarini India) was incorporated in 1994 as a joint venture between A Menarini Farmaceutiche Riunite S.R.L., Italy and Raunaq Industries. After the expiry of Joint Venture in 2004 and liberalization of FDI policy in Pharma Sector allowing FDI upto 100% by automatic route, Menarini India stands controlled and managed by Menarini through its subsidiary Berlin-Chemie AG, Germany.

Menarini has gradually covered the entire Indian territory with its own most traditional products and innovative products coming from its own research. It is thanks to this relationship based on trust, initiated in Italy and successively exported to all of the affiliates in the world, that Menarini was able to create the foundation for the realization of its two great strategic objectives, internationalization and research.

Menarini India has presence in Gastrointestinal, Pain and Inflammation Management segments. It also manufactures and market products in anti-biotic, anti-diabetic, respiratory tract infection (RTI) and anti-allergic range.

Menarini India has Pan-India presence and it operates through its C&F Agents, Consignee Agents, Super Distributors and Stockists.
